Exercise Class at the Elks Lodge


Feel the burn.
This is a fun class, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am  at the Encinitas Elks Lodge, there are two alternating instructors and they are a blast, part of the exercise is laughter, it's good for the stomach muscles.
Amazing how much you can do with a tennis ball.

Sometimes the exercise is chasing your tennis ball when you drop it.

Foot massage, or exercise? The yellow thingy is a strechable rubber band like thing you get tangled up in as you work out your arms and legs.

As you can see , never a dull moment.
Oouch or aaaahhhh!
Never mind the piercing stares, he's friendly.
